Metalworking: Framed Dome Bead Pendant
May 30 @ 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Learn to set a large enameled focal inside a richly textured copper frame…made in a different way! This class requires typical metal-smithing skills, only some of which are enameling, sawing, filing, annealing, texturing, dapping, and perhaps, optional riveting. Options include creating your own bail to connect to the jump rings (photo), or forming a square wire bail as shown. This wire is easily lengthened to a choker necklace, a nice design.
There is a change in the supply list for the May 30 metal-smithing class. The listing for a bead or button for the setting has been removed. It is replaced with supplies you will need for enameling a copper dome instead! 😁 Please check the supply list for additional tools or supplies you will need for this change.
Please ask any questions on these before the class.
Kit Fee: The kit for the class will be added to your ticket on the day of class.
Note: All materials and tools for classes must be purchased at Beadoholique Bead Shop. This allows us to continue providing you with quality classes.
