All returns must be within 14 days of original purchase and be accompanied by a receipt.
Merchandise must be in resaleable condition and in the original, undamaged, unopened packaging, or it will not be eligible for return.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- bagged silver/gold-filled, sterling, or vermeil findings (clasps, ear wires, etc.)
- weighed sterling silver, copper, or vermeil
- cut strands of any type (cut off a hank or strand is cut)
- cut chain, wire (cut or spooled), beading wire, threads, cord, leather
- spools of stringing materials of any type
- cubic zirconia stones
- tools or books
- finished jewelry designs
- gift certificates
- downloadable items from the website
- any other item that has visible wear and tear
