This is a beginner peyote class yet the final design looks way more complicated. In this bracelet, I’m mixing seed beads and demi beads to create a stacked look. I add a leather loop at one end to capture the button but you can simply do a loop to capture it, if you like. You can also skip the button and add any type clasp you like. It’s easy to do! Join me and learn or freshen up on your peyote skills.

For the artist of any craft, there isn’t a lot more satisfying than making something wonderful with just a little bit of materials and a few of the simpler skills needed. In this class, use those basic skills to make handsome rings that offer appealing versatility….stacking rings are just fun! Of course this class is about skills, but as artists it is also about the aesthetics of unity and harmony. Let’s get to it!
Class is beginner level up to advanced. Advanced skill is adding a decoration to one ring: flattening an area to add a small bezel cup for a choice of flat cabochon, silver hemisphere or other suitable material.

This bracelet is stitched up with rows of right angle weave using miniDuos and other yummy beads! You make a couple of passes for the body of the bracelet, then zip them up again with right angle weave, and who could leave off the picot edging, um, I mean right angle weave edging? Not me! This bracelet is designed by Sue Pedott, who is sweet for letting me teach it!
